Returns & Exchanges

At Apple Pay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, then click the 'Request Return' button to generate your unique RMA number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
